Roast lamb for lunch, if I make a stock with the bones then what would I use it in?

We have just had lamb for dinner and I am always reading 'don't waste the bones make a deliciouse stock' so I am thinking of doing this - some guidance for the stock would also be appreciated as I have never done this before Blush, but once it is made what could I actually use it in? Ideas or recipes much appreciated!!

Moroccan soup made with lamb stock, chopped veggies (carrot, onion, courgette, peas, etc) a lot of cumin, coriander, white beans and bit of shredded leftover roast lamb. My DH likes it really thick, more like a soupy stew, and really filling, cheap and healthy.
