My favourite is pesto & mozzarella and put in oven to melt - yum!!!

Ham or bacon with hummus and fried/grilled aubergine.

butter, ham, mozzarella, pesto, tomatoes - yummy!

Make garlic bread with it. MMMMMmmmm. Butter and garlic puree and herbs. Tis amazin.

Cream goats cheese, roasted red peppers and chorizo.

Yum.
