Just melt the goats cheese over the meat?

Or will the two not really go together anyway?

I'd make fajitas with the meat and throw the goats cheese out Grin

TBH I find goats cheese too strong to go with most things - maybe you could make a fancy sort of cheese-on-toast with it to have with the cold meat?

goats cgeese and onion tart is lovely.

Have you a dog for the meat?

Chop into a salad

Make curry with the meat and grill goats cheese for a starter

I'd make a pork sandwich and chuck the nasty goats' cheese in the bin!

I should think that if you had the pork in a salad with the goats cheese in it it would be quite nice (though never had before). I wouldn't chuck either but not sure, really, if I would try to combine it if I didn't really really have to.

Grill some black pudding, shred the pork, slice the cheese, add all to salad leaves with nice chutney type thing & serve with nice bread

I would thinly slice the pork and fill a wrap with it as well as some plum sauce and shredded iceberg lettuce and peeled thinly sliced cucumber. Even better if you heat the wrap through in a dry frying pan first.

Goats cheese on a piece of french bread browned under the grill is gorgeous. Good with onion marmalade or chilli jam.
