Help. Anything I can do about burnt taste in ratatouille?

Bit stuck to the bottom while I was MNing and now has a bit of a burnt taste. Is there anything I can do to neutralise it?

Tasted soooo good a few minutes ago.

If its the garlic that has burnt, then no I am afraid. Harsh but true. Start again. [hsad]
