glazed carrots??? Jamie Olivers Receipe, Sainsburys

Can anyone tell me, what Jamie did with the carrots in the sainsburys advert, ive sat her for past 20mins or so trying to remember, and have even looked on the sainsburys website, but cant find anything.

Think, fairly confidently, that it was butter, thyme and S&P in foil in the oven. Can't remember if there were any other details like how long and what heat though. HTH

If you stare at them long enough the carrots will eventually glaze over all by themselves!
