I think that's what they are called. I bought some today from a fete (the one I had was gorgeous and so I bought a few more) and wonder what's the best way to keep them. I have about 7 and only I will eat them I think so can't decide whether to try freezing or just keep in an airtight container. Apparently they are just nuts, seeds, fruit etc. I don't think they have any flour in them but they definitely have some golden syrup or something similar! They are delicious!

What do you think?

TIA

Haven't made them but Nigella's musli/granola bars (seeds, nuts, raisin and fruit bits, condensed milk, sugar slowly baked) keep beautifully in a plastic container or even a plastic bag. Although I find I eat them very very quickly anyhow. I think freezing might ruin the texture.
