*Help!!* Need Roman or Celtic recipe for school party tomorrow!!

Can anyone help? It is also DS's birthday tomorrow so If anyone knows of a Celtic or Roman style cake of some sort that would be even better.

Thanks Spagblog. Still not sure what i should make as I don't know what would be good for school. All the cakes i want to make have nuts in so can't do those. Not sure they would appreciate me bringing in a lamb stew!!
