What type of potato dish with chicken wrapped in parma ham?

You could do sautee pots maybe flavoured with something and some kind of sauce if you wanted to ponce it up a bit?

it's not low cal but the one where you slice the potato and cook it with garlic and cream iin the oven - can't remember the name of it though. Lovely and moist.
