Want to cook potato wedges at same time as chicken

...in the same oven and some other bits of veg - peppers, red onions, mushrooms and tomatoes.

Is it possible - to get crispy wedges and not dried out chicken? Or do I need to put both my ovens on for 2 diff temps?

What type of chicken? (as in a whole one or legs/breasts/thighs etc)

I would go by the Chicken temp and leave wedges in for longer

Chicken breast.
I usually just chop up the veg into large bits and put the chicken breast on top and roast the lot for 35 mins - but my wedges were more like slices of baked potato when I did it this way and ds complained!!

par boil potato wedges - treat them like roasties - will be fine

oh it's breast and not a full bird?

I would have thought 20 mins for a chicken breast so why don't you just pop them on top after - or stick them in foil packets?

Put the wedges in for 10/15 mins first and if needed after taking chicken out whack the temp up for another 5 mins to crisp up

Thanks girls - I'll give it a go tonight. ds hates potatoes - but will happily scoff the wedges - IF they are crispy!!
