Recipes to use good beef mince, preferably Greek inspired?

Bought quite a lot of good beef mince as it was reduced. Will do bolognase and chilli but fancy something different, and as I say preferably Greek
inspired (going through a phase!).

TIA

Yiouvrlakia is sooo delicious, fear not the egg and lemon sauce as it's utterly yum. You do need to be careful when mixing the egg and lemon mix with the hot broth, as if you just poor them in the hit broth they will turn into scrambled eggs... My mum omits the egg whites completely which makes it mode likely they won't scramble.

Basically it's a soup with meatballs, the egg and lemons make it a bit creamy and tangy.

Also, pastitsio is nice. Stirfry chopped onion, add mince and brown, add cinnamon, cumin and some chopped tomatoes. The plan is to make a fairly thick and non runny mince sauce. Boil penne till al dente, place in a buttered oven dish. Mix in some grated cheese, parmesan is nice, cheddar too. Poor the cooked mince on top, finish with a tick layer of thick bechamel sauce that you have enriched with a couple of beaten eggs. Bake for an hour at 200 degrees. It's the Greek version of lasagna, sounds quite italian really...

Judging from my typos, you can probably guess I got a bit overexcited :)
