I bought a rack of 6 ribs for tonight - but what do I do with it!

I was joking with the butcher that I couldn't buy it as I didn't have the little hats to go on the bone ends, so he gave me a handful and now I have to eat my words.

Only 20min? It's about 1/2 kilo, so a bit over 1lb - doesn't the 20min per lb plus 20min rule apply?

Do I wrap in foil, or use a roastabag?? Dress like leg with herbs 'n' stuff, or does it need extra fat?
