Looking for a recipe for this - have made it before a few times, but not in a long while. Planning to make for friends coming to dinner next week but can't find the recipe.
Roasted red peppers, halved, then filled with olives, sun-dried tomatoes and topped with mozarella. Can probably fudge through it, but would rather have it for future reference for cooking times, etc.
Have you seen it? Have searched through my recipes and online, but can't find it. Thought it was originally from Good Food magazine. Thanks in advance.
