Nigella's molten choc babycakes

Hi, I'm desperately trying to get a recipe for a choc cake that is easy to prepare for an extended family meal. I'm thinking of baking naughty choc fudge cake from GH. I don't if this is big enough to go around so saw that the batter for the above can be prepared a few hours beforehand and put in the fridge until ready to bake them. I wonder can the dark choc be replaced or partially replaced by milk choc as it may be too bitter for children. What do you think?

If I melt dark choc from the leftover Lindt choc easter bunnies (60%cocoa), would this be good enough as most recipes state 'good' choc would be 70% or thereabouts?
