I was feeling a bit hormonal when I went to Tesco. I now have all sorts of random stuff that needs other random stuff before I can make it work. My task for today is to make the plum sauce work!

Any serving suggestions?

Isn't it supposed to go with Duck pancakes Chinese style?

Try the girls on the Multicultural families - Chinese mothers thread.

I'm usually on there too but er.. have never used plum sauce except for duck pancakes (out of M&S )

Use it as a stir fry sauce with any mix of meat/ veg.

Use some garlic and spring onions as well as a splash of soy sauce as well

Yes-stirfry.
Or add crushed garlic, crushed ginger, soy and 5 spice powder and voila! A marinade for spare ribs.

Roast a duck!

Chop it up. Add to tiny pancakes or huge tortillas. Add spring onion and cucumber! Yummy.

Or just use as a dipping sauce for duck, chicken, veg etc.
