Can I freeze fairy cakes? Sorry I am a novice!

I have to make 30+ fairy cakes for a street party tomorrow and next weekend I have to do a whole lot more for a school thing. Could I make them all tomorrow, freeze some, then defrost and decorate Some next Friday? I only propose to make a basic Victoria sandwich cake mix.

Would this be ok?!

Simple answer - Yep! Grin Obviously decorate them after they're defrosted though!

Maybe a bit late but... you can freeze them iced if you use buttercream. Then add any other decoration when they defrost,
