Leftover leg of lamb for tea - what to make?

We have some leftovers from last night's bbq and I'm wondering what to do with them. Marinaded in garlic, lemon, rosemary, bay, oregano so sort of Mediterraneany flavours I guess.

Only have green beans and onions, but lots of store cupboard stuff.

I have the lamb bone too so could do a soupy brothy stewy type thing using that for extra flavour.

Any ideas?

Slow cooked lamb stew?

Lamb Hotpot.
Slice the lamb into chunks and add stock and vegetables then layer with thinly sliced potato (several layers) and season as you go.
Lovely with crusty bread to make it stretch a bit further!
