I have pre cooked Lamb burgers in the freezer, can I just chuck them in the oven?

I would. But at a lower temp to start with - say 170 for 10 mins and then 5-10 at 190. Do it all the time as I always forget to remove from freezer not dead, not sick and taste just as good!

Thanks! That's what I did, start off on a lower temp and turned it higher after 15 mins.
