HELP ... Paneer - how long does it take to cook, need to know now!!!

Bought some and am cooking a chicken curry want to put some paneer in but it doesnt say how long to cook it.

Do I add it in 5-10 mins before the end? Do I fry it first - really not sure what to do with it!

Its nicer if you fry it off a bit - like halloumi. Stops it falling apart. Doesnt necessarily need cooking though.
