It's the last day before the big shop, but had organic veg delivered today. So I have: purple sprouting broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, something bean sprouty. I have carrots, two onions and one leek. (don't say minestrone - I have considered and abandoned that idea!) I have bacon and some soya chunks. Milk and rice. And some tins of tomatoes and beans.
No cheese, potatoes, garlic or eggs. Which is why I can't think of any of my usual staples. I will probably resort to stir-fry, but wanted to see if anyone had a better suggestion.
Any ideas?
