Please can you recommend any recipes / recipe books for a fussy(ish) family of 4

Because I am quickly running out of ideas and need some inspiration!

We are a family of 4. DH is not a fan of vegetables - would never eat say brocolli or cauliflower if it is on the side of his plate but he will eat peas / green beans if they are in a gravy or sauce.

I don't eat red meat (don't like it) but eat poulty, fish, love my salad and veg. Don't like onions or spicy foods.

DS is 4 - he also doesn't like spicy foods but is usually pretty good at trying new foods.

DD is 11 months and so far will give anything ago - no particular preferences.

I find I am getting stuck in a rut when it comes to deciding what to cook. I like to meal plan and doing a shopping list from this but find it is the same thing over and over again. And DH and DS are useless at coming up with ideas! We don't have a particularly big food budget and meals that are quick and easy are appreciated as I am going back to work part time next month.

So if anyone can offer any suggestions that doesn't involve making 3 seperate meals every night, I would be very grateful!

TIA
