Was supposed to be making bilberry buns. Power went down (circuit responsible for oven and boiler only). Can I put the risen dough in the fridge for few hours/a day or is it all wasted?

Oh God, it seems that I have flooded the hob and it short-circuited Blush
It's not supposed to do that, is it?

Not having a good day!!! do you have a neighbour who could cook the buns for you? Otherwise yes you can put the dough in a cool place to slow down the yeast...

Yes, stick it in the fridge, it will be fine. You can always knock it back and leave it to rise again when you are ready to bake.

Hope your day improvesSmile
