OK so this might be a bit of a strange post...and maybe a little nosy, but I'm almost useless and boring with planning and cooking and need inspiration for future meals. Its always cottage pie, lasagne, pasta etc

Would be good to carry this on for more ideas as and when people want to share....if you so wish.

You all made me feel guilty for not making more effort so i have started the lamb tagine , i see it is supposed to marinate over night but thats not going to happen, sure it will be fine

Lamb Tagine was a success 'Hooray' Now i just have to stop myself making it too often!

I'm sure you can throw whatever veg you like in with the garlic chicken sparkleshine, its the garlic, corriander and stock base which make it yummy (according to DH)

What is a Lamb Tagine piebald? I don't know how to cook lamb but DH loves it! (he's gone without for the past 12 years...)
