Anyone got a nice freezable liver recipe?

Any type of liver, inc chicken. Pref something that doesnt involve hours in the kitchen

liver and onions?

can use pigs or ox or lambs whatever

1lb liver
1 large onion
8 big mushrooms (optional if freezing)
4 rashers smoked streaky bacon

Fry liver and bacon and onions and mushrooms if using in a big pan until onions softened. Then add 1/2 tsp wholegrain mustard and 2 tbsp bisto and 1/2 pt boiling water. (you may need more or less bisto to get gravy as thick as you like) leave to cool and freeze. Defrost before cooking and then heat through serve with mash or jacket. Delish!!
