Having got totaly fed up with have to think about what were are going to eat each week before the weekly shop I have selected Sainsbury's to do the work for me instead.

Looking at their Weekly Meal Planner in the "5 Family Meals for £20" one of them in Thai Green Curry.

Is is not very hot? Bear in mind I don't live in a country with a Sainsburys (but honest there is some logic to my choosing there meal planner!!)

Thai food is all about balancing hot with cool so it will be fine :)

I make Thai Green Chicken Curry with coconut milk and green curry paste. The heat & flavour comes from the paste and this can vary a lot depending on what brand you choose. If you're not in the UK and you're buying 'real' green curry past, start with half the amount recommended in the recipe as it can be quite poky!

Right i've got the coconut milk and 'Lotus' green curry paste (which is a "product of Thailand")

Will do half the amount them!!!!

DH and DD would be fine with it. I would struggle as I find it a bit to spicy, but admit I am a real lightweight when it comes to spices.
