Hope someone can give my some suggestions.
I have just bought the book (so much for me not being drawn into the hype ) and I have a couple of questions.

Is milk avoided completely in the Induction phase?

Has anyone cheated a little and still lost weight?

I take sandwiches to work as a money-saving option and am not sure what I could have as a filling alternative to sandwiches (obviously something I can prepare at home rather than buying).
