I have already made the first two but am struggling to think of a third. Must be quick and easy to make as having eight laydees to dinner tomorrow night and DH away.

but there is no way that you can fill six large serving glasses with it, i normally do six ramekins and it just fills those - would look good in champagne glasses, you can buy cheap ones for about 50p from asda! just double up to make enough for 8
