Got most root veg, lentils, quorn sausages and mince, various herbs and spices. Do I just chuck it all in and make a casserole? Or are there any other less predictable recipes? thanks

i do a sausage casserole - sausages, teaspoon mustard, tin chopped toms, onion chopped, mushroom, herbs - maybe oregano, garlic.

i also do the mince bit of lasagne in mine and then make up as normal later in the day - much easier.

i do both these with meat, but guess would be the same with quorn. with the lasagne i use the normal recipe but don't put any stock in and just add little water towards the end if it looks too dry - i add a stock cube though

you could do curry. tin of chopped toms, and 1/4 jar of patiks paste with the vege and/or quorn stuff. root veg needs to be chopped fairly finely or it might not cook.
