have you got a cucumber and any dill - can be dried dill?

A tub (or half a tub) of creme fraiche, some chopped smoked salmon (I prefer cold-smoked), 1 tbsp rose peppercorns, 1 tsp of dill seeds or a handful of fresh dill. Serve with penne.
