I have always enjoyed cooking and consider myself a good cook - especially with Italian recipes (I make a mean lasagne!)
But recently I've been thinking I would really like to buy a little shop and turn it into a deli/bar with a twist whilst having a hold on the food that is cooked there too.
I know it would be hard work but it is something I'd really like to try.
Has anyway got any tips on this?
I've seen a competition in April's country living offering advice and courses as prizes for entering evidence of your hobby or talent. There are different categories including cooking and making things. Think it might be a good idea. Has anyone else heard of it?
