does anyone have any nice recipes?

what on earth do i do with it?

have you got orange juice? slow cook it with the juice.

yes, will be a bit sweeter, but red cabbage is delicious with the sweet sourness of juice.

you need vinegar, don't you, to stop it turning blue? I've made it with malt vinegar and white wine, instead of white wine vinegar. It was lovely.

the acidity of the juice is enough. the way I do it: brown 1 onion in plenty of butter, add the cabbage and let sweat for a bit, add the juice, very low heat at least one hour. taste. if too sour add brown sugar. apple pieces are nice as well. (I like my red cabbage sweet)
