Shopping list

How do you do your weekly shop? ie do you know what you will be cooking for the week and buy accordingly, or do you look around the supermarket for inspiration? My shopping bag is like my wardrobes, loads of tops and no bottoms to match IYKWIM. Suggestions please...

...and yes we do all eat the same ... my kids get stickers on reward charts for every new food/recipe they try so they've always been keen to try new things.

You are very flattering - Wysiwyg - but you should see my house ... it is in dire need of decorating and my garden in desperate need of napalming weeding. I also save hours of time by not shaving my legs or putting make-up on

Ahhh Candleshoe...well it just so happens I'm an interior/exterior designer with bald legs and permanent make up
