I thought he might get a bit irritated but I didn't expect it would make him this cross. He bought me the bloody book! (And then said he'd rather cook the dinner than put the dcs to bed.)

not enough filo sheets apparently, it says 3 layers of 4 but there were only 6 in the packet.

so I said 'well maybe Jamie had more, smaller sheets in his 270g packets?' but dh says then they would not have covered the baking sheet.

online version looks same as book.

we've just eaten it and it was gorgeous though.
