I have minced lamb and many cupboards full of spices and herbs etc. Any good recipes or ideas of what to add?

a little curry powder and some mango chutney.

Ooh good idea! Are onions a must for burgers? I have some but am not a huge fan tbh.

garlic, chilli, chopped fresh coriander, feta cheese (lump in the middle is nice), red onion, anchovies (yes really, chop them up really really fine and mix in well).

Or cumin and ground coriander with a bit of chilli and oregano is also good.

I always bung onions in, helps with flavour and moistness - but if you are going down the mango chutney route, then that does much the same job.

harrissa paste is good in lamb burgers.

I don't tend to bother with onions.

I put one egg, breadcrumbs, onion, cumin, korma powder (or other curry powder), garlic and lots of fresh parsley.

Then roll the burgers in flour before frying, makes them more crispy.

Thanks ladies. I stuck breadcrumbs, mango chutney, curry powder, egg, salt and pepper in and am hoping for the best :)
