Can I put shop bought sugarpaste in the freezer?

Do you mean icing? I freeze mine. I iced last year's Christmas cake with icing from from the year before. No-one died from icing poisoning and it was very tasty!

Yes, sugarpaste icing, ready-to-roll stuff, fondant (as I believe the 'mericans call it). I'd be freezing it in the packet it comes in (ie not on a cake). Dont ask me why - it's a very long and convoluted story and would bore your socks off!
