Found J.O recipe online (jamieoliver.com) for leek and potato soup but it doesn't say how many/much potatoes to use.
It says recipe is from J.O ministry of food so if you have it can you look it up for me please?
TIA

I think the book is very good. It does quite a few "basic" things, but also has some great, interesting (but not too complicated) which more experienced cooks would also enjoy. I have used it quite a bit for everyday, evening meals.

Thanks, may get a copy. Smile

MOF also great for getting kids cooking - ds has done quite a few different things from it.

DS2 would like that, he is interested in cooking. (off to search Ebay!)
