i read it all - well i exclude the middle east and northern ireland.(boring) but i was a history and politics teacher so i should really....

Do you ever look at Lindsay Bareham's column in the Evening Standard? You can get them online on the "thisislondon" site for ES. I really like her recipes.

DH hates most fish so no sardines for us. But the ripped chicken sounds interesting - might try it on DS.
