Recipe for 2 x 9 inch round cake tins HELP !!

I am planing to make a cake for my DD birthday party on sat and i have 2 x 9inch round cake tins but am finding it really hard to find a LEMON CAKE recipe for that size tin.

Please can someone tell me a recipe that i can use to fill 2 x9inch cake tins.

Im really starting to panic now and would love some help!!!!!!!

Just do a victoria sponge with some lemon zest in the cake and a lemon buttercream icing.

6 eggs
180 g butter
180 g sugar
180g self raising flour
zest of one lemon

Preheat oven to GM5. Grease cake tins and put a circle of gereaseproof paper on the bottom.

Cream butter and sugar

Add egs one by one

Stir in flour

Divide mixture in to the two tins and cook for 20 minutes in preheated oven.

Wait until completely cool, remove paper and ice.
