Christmas Dinner for 14 - HELP!!

Anyone got any ideas how to make this as stress free as possible. Obviously want to spend as much time as poss with guests and as little time as poss in the kitchen.

thanks for all your tips. Soapbox I like yours the best. Never made it to church because I am normally wrapping presents and preparing sprouts!! But I will have to be more organised this year.

Ok, I know this is huge copout, but I get mine from M&S. You preorder from their catalogue a few weeks before and they have EVERYTHING. All the veg is prepared. They have all the sauces and extras. And big joints - all different sorts. And you pick it up at an agreed timeslot - AND FROM A SPECIAL TILL - so you avoid all the queues, and it's soooooooo easy and tasty!
