I am in the middle of a giant cook fest for DGS. He is a skinny runt and every 6 weeks or so I cook a massive load of healthy vedge (steamed) red meat etc. laced with cream cheese and unsalted butter.
So far I have beef, chicken, swede, sweet potatoes, carrots, parsnips, broccoli, cauliflower. I usually put potatoes, but it is late and they are in the garage. Can I get away without as there is sweet potato. I'm tired now and pots dont have a particular taste anyway but theyve got vit C. WWYD.

Dont worry, Potatos are on - home grown organic - every micronutrient under the sun in these cook ups!!!
