I need a brownie recipe that allows me to sub cocoa with milk and plain chocolate.

I made my lovely St Clements cake today and have some orange cream left over. I have a bit of a hankering for brownies with it but have run out of cocoa. I do, however, have some plain and milk cooking chocolate knocking around.

can you find/give me a recipe and quieten my chocolate demon?

I made these yesterday. I used frozen raspberries but imagine you could substitute other things/nothing/chunks of white chocolate.

thank you, tried my usual recipe and just subbed the cocoa with melted chocolate. it looks ok and smells good...
