Just made banana muffins that looked magnificent and then..

when I took them out the oven, they all shrunk and flattened like pancakes. They look disgraceful. Why???

they alwasy taste minging as well
the raw mixture is deliciouso

they looked so shocking I had to chuck them, grrr.

Probably didn't cook them for long enough
