What can I do with lamb sausages? I have been given a load of them

DS not keen on 'lamb' sausages as we got a frozen bag of loads of lamb and he's worked it out (i.e. it is the dead, skinned version of the sweet baaa-ing thing) so won't eat them on their own.

Any good recipes for lamb sausages? These ones are a bit spicey, kind of haggis-y, and I'm really stuck for ideas.

TIA

We had Toad in the Hole tonight and I bet that'd work with Lamb sausages. Serve it with veg and some lamb gravy....?

I take the meat out of the skins, form into meat balls, brown well and serve with a good tomato sauce with pasta.

sausage and mash
sausage casserole
skin them and make meat balls from the meat with tomato sauce
toad in the hole
sausage sandwich Grin

Brilliant suggestions, thank you. Meatballs tomorrow night.

And I had completely forgotten about toad in the hole!
