I need help.
Back on the diet.
Going to an indian restaurant for dinner tonight with work colleagues.

What is a low cal choice? what's the name of those lumps of chicken, red, no sauce?

Chicken tikka.

Lucycat · 10/10/2005 14:18

chicken tikka? without the masala sauce? oh and plain old boiled rice -

suzywong · 10/10/2005 14:19

Tandoori Chicken

Don't have anything with a cream or coconut sauce, nothing deep fried - so no bahjis or pakhoras. And avoid the popadoms as they are fried.

Be the dazzling conversationalist of the group and don't eat much

I used to have this with some boiled rice and would sneak a spoonful of dh's sauce to moisten it a little. Very nice - have a good evening.

Also helps if you eat some fruit before you go to help resist any temptations...
