Asda sea bass- how to cook!

Asda have sea bass on special, but all the recipes I find look like their fish is the size of a bleddy tuna, not the size of a river trout, like asda's are! I was expecting to buy one per person!

Are they especially bony? 2 x DSs might be put off if they are! Can you just gut them, lay lemon slices inside, wrap in foil and bake? Do the need serious descaling?

Your thoughts, please, OR on any other similar fish I could get!

TIA

Here's my favourite recipe:

wwwfamilycookbookcom.blogspot.com/2009/11/casa-moro-sea-bass-with-potatoes-and.html

The original recipe is sea bream, but it's good with bass too. Or you can cook them as you suggest, that would be yum too.

Bones - no worse than any other whole fish like mackerel etc, IIRC the bones are quite big so easy to pick out, and tend to all come off with the spine if you're lucky.

Shouldn't need descaling, and the bloke/girl on the counter will gut them for you I'm sure!

Yum! Thanks.

And would suit the size of fish I have!
