slow cooker casserole?

Two ways:

Put in casserole on very low fire. Add nothing (no water, oil, etc). Cook for about three hours without opening, until juice is absorbed back into the meat and it begins to crisp.

Heat oven to about 240 C. Squeeze some garlic into the meat & sprinkle it with rosemary & thyme. Glaze all sides on hot pan, then place in the oven in a glass bowl with about half a cm of hot water. Turn after 20-30 mins. Add water as necessary. It should be ready in under an hour. This method works best for bigger chunks of lamb, though.
