what can i do with it?
ordered it online and it is tiny!!
what can i serve it with to pad it out a bit? another meat for instance?

I tend to do it in the slow-cooker with tomatoes, chickpeas and Moroccan sort of flavourings. It breaks down so well you won't notice that there's not actually much meat in there.

Cut it into chunks and turn it into a delicious casserole. use chickpeas, butternut, potato, carrots etc to flesh it out. If you search for Lamb Shoulder and chickpeas in recipes you'll find a foolproof recipe I posted years back. But you can wing it too.

Will also make lovely slow cooked lamb curry if cut into chunks. I do a great Rogan Josh with lamb shoulder.
