How do I make a stir fry without too much salt for DD

Hi,

this is prob a stupid question but we used to eat stir-fried beef or chicken with veg quite frequently before DD (16 months) came along but we used a lot of soy sauce or packet sauces which are all very high in salt. How do you flavour/make a sauce for the stir fry but without making it too salty? Just some sherry, garlic and ginger? Any great recipes? DD isn't fussy so it's just the salt rather than the strong flavours I'm worried about.

I'm mostly lurking as DS (3) has just developed a love of stir fry (well, it's the noodles really but he eats up the veggies with them so everyone's happy! Grin)

I saw some low-salt soy sauce in Tesco so I've bought that and I was going to do some kind of sauce with ginger, garlic, lime juice but I'm interested to see what other people recommend as Asian food is not my strong point...
