I use my liquidiser:
1/2 pint of milk
2 eggs
4oz SRF
Pinch of salt.

Whizz for ever.

20 mins in 210C oven.

Job done.

All the other methods are crepe. Wink

I don't know why you lot are discussing Yorkshire puddings anyway. Any fool with an oven can make Yorkshire puddings. The real skill is good gravy.
