Any meal ideas? We are getting boredBlush

Dh eats more or less anything
I am veggie but quite happy to eat the veg part of a meal rather than a separate one IYSWIM. No fake meat or mushrooms
Dd1 eats chicken, a little pork & little lamb
Dd2 has food issues & eats v little. Dietician advice is to make sure she eats part of a meal & include ham or sausages ( only meat protein she eats) at every opportunity. Won't eat potatoes.

TIA

Have you tried this website? I use it quite often. It has different meal plans, including veggie etc, you might find one that suits you all.

When we started menu planning, I made list of all our normal, most-cooked meals, but also went through all our cook books and added all the recipes that we only made occasionally or that I'd been meaning to try to the list. I ended up with quite a long list.
I then divided the list into things like 'rice', 'potatoes' 'pasta' etc, so that I could be sure we didn't inadvertently end up eating a pasta meal 3 nights in a row.

I also had a heading of 'quick meals' and 'ideas for DC's tea', so that I could just fill in the menu plan really quickly.

4 years on, we have made some additions, but are getting quite bored with the original list, and DD and DS are fussier than they used to be, so I have less options of what to feed them, so I think it's time for more research, HTLGG's website looks good- off to investigate it a bit more...

I make one main meal each day. If dd or dp do not eat it, they go hungry. It's all or nothing in my opinion.
