A yummy creamy curry or stroganoff.

dilute it a little with some milk (whisk in) and use to make a potato gratin with a little chopped onion and garlic, and lots of seasoning and a little grated cheese on top. You can add other veg too if you like - parsnips, celeriac, chopped leeks.... If you make a big dish it freezes well too - just allow to cool, then cut into portions and wrap in tinfoil and freeze

cooked chicken, tarragon, wg mustard, cheese, and your cream all mixed in pie dish. top with breadcrumbs and cook for 25 mins soooo good.

or what about a quiche/tart? cooked veg eg leeks or broccoli some grated cheese eh cheddar or gruyere, some eggs plus an extra yolk, cream, seasoning, herbs of choice in a shortcrust pastry base.

Mix it in a tomato sauce based pasta bake. It sounds strange but it works and I find that it reduces the acidic taste in the tomatoes.

creamy sauce for pasta?

Add some lemon juice to sour it, use it as a dip or use it in fajitas
